Slug-Firmware.net End User License Agreement ("EULA")

You must READ and AGREE to the following license to legally use the binary provided here. Appropriate links for agreeing are provided at the bottom of this page.

IXP400 SOFTWARE: Intel(R) IXP400 Software - Version 1.4 (located in /lib/modules/*/kernel/drivers/ixp400/ixp400.o) - which is licensed pursuant to the license agreement available from http://www.intel.com/design/network/swsup/np_sla/ixp400.htm and/or the Intel Software License Agreement that accompanies the Intel(R) IXP400 Software - Version 1.4)

OTHER LICENSES: Portions of the following binary are compiled from other licensed software. All of this software complies to the The Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG).

DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE: Software included in the compiled binary - which is covered by the above listed OTHER LICENSES, and this EULA.

For your future reference, you may print the text of this EULA, or refer to a copy that can be found in the license.txt file of this product.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either individually or on behalf of your employer or company) ("You") and Slug-Firmware.net for the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you cannot install or use the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE and you must delete and/or destroy all copies in your possession or control.

TERM: This EULA is effective beginning as of the date that you download the Distributable Software and continues in effect until terminated.

OTHER LICENSES REQUIRED PRIOR TO USE OF DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE: You acknowledge and agree that, in order to use the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE, you must first acquire a valid license from Intel to the IXP400 SOFTWARE and agree to the OTHER LICENSES. The license to the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE granted by Slug-Firmware.net is conditioned upon your obtaining such valid licenses to the IXP400 SOFTWARE from Intel (and OTHER LICENSES) prior to your use of the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE, you represent and warrant to Slug-Firmware.net and its vendors that you have obtained a valid license from Intel to the IXP400 SOFTWARE and agree to the OTHER LICENSES. If you do not obtain such valid license, you cannot install or use the DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE and the license granted below in this EULA shall not apply. THIS EULA IS WRITTEN NOTICE TO YOU THAT SLUG-FIRMWARE.NET IS IN NO WAY LICENSING, SELLING OR TRANSFERRING TITLE TO THE IXP400 SOFTWARE TO YOU. ANY LICENSE GRANTED BY SLUG-FIRMWARE.NET UNDER THIS EULA IS TO THE DISTRIBUTABLE SOFTWARE ONLY.
