No defaults to wiggler, so no need for /cable:wiggler, but needed for dlc5 cables

Tjtag 3.0.2 RC1
Just a quick few notes so I can get this out. This is 3.0.2 RC1, all docs for 3.0.1 apply to 3.0.2, with the exceptions I will list below.

This is a RC, so I will not add a lot of documentation here, please send feedback to tornado@tjtag.com 

If everything goes well, then I will issue a release

1. Prelimanary support for the BCM 4716, 4717, 4718. A big thank you goes out to Lom for figuring out the jtag mode switch, and may other ideas, and help in other area's, and could not have added support for the 4716, etc without his help. Also the person who donated the RT-N16 to me, I had a major array crash and lost a lot of data, to include some e-mails with your name in it... if you read this, please contact me so I can add you to the credits for the release.


2. Windows now has the /port: switch option, for add in PCI cards, etc.

3. /cable:wiggler /cable:dlc5 must be used, I think I will change it back to the old way.
